Et'al Software Solutions builds and operates software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, including but not limited to:

  • Et'al CRM — Multi-tenant customer relationship management platform
  • Et'al MDM — Mobile device management and fleet management solution
  • NutriJourney — AI-powered nutrition and fitness tracking application

Each product may have its own additional terms of service that apply to your use of that specific product.

3. User Accounts

Some of our services require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Promptly update your information if it changes

Our multi-tenant architecture ensures complete data isolation between organizations using row-level security policies. Your Data is never shared with or accessible to other tenants.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, delays, or outages.

8. Payment Terms

Certain products and features require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are specified on each product's pricing page.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
